Stellantis has announced it has begun the regular production of the all-new Jeep Avenger on January, 31st at its plant in Tychy, Poland. Avenger is the first Jeep SUV to be produced in Poland and also the first fully-electric vehicle from Jeep to enter production.
At the beginning of the production of the Jeep Avenger, Tomasz Gebka, Stellantis Plant Manager in the Tychy plant said, “We are starting 2023 with the launch of production of a vehicle that has already earned the recognition of customers and industry experts. We appreciate the great interest in this unique Jeep brand model, which offers a lot of state-of-the-art technological features. For our part, we will add additional value to it – the highest level of quality.”
Jeep Avenger was first revealed at the 2022 Paris Motor Show and is a key component of Stellantis’s global electrification strategy. The compact SUV spearheads the portfolio of fully-electric SUVs from Jeep and has been awarded European Car of the Year 2023.
Jeep says the Avenger packs the Jeep DNA into a compact SUV and has been designed and built as a Jeep Vehicle from day one. It is a unique combination of style, capabilities, functionality, and features to satisfy the needs of our ever-connected customers.
Jeep Avenger features a new generation 400 Volt electric propulsion system equipped with a 156-hp electric motor capable of 260 Nm of torque and a new 54 kWh battery pack. Avenger’s high-ground clearance together with its outstanding approach and departure angles allow impressive off-road capabilities. Jeep Avenger also comes standard with Selec-Terrain and Hill Descent Control.
First deliveries of the Jeep Avenger in Europe are expected in the second quarter of this year and the sales figures have crossed the 10,000 units mark since the opening of orders for the first Edition on Dec 1st, 2022, and then the full lineup on Jan 11th, 2023. This remarkable achievement confirms the enormous potential of the award-winning Electric SUV from Jeep.

Will the Jeep Avenger come to the USA?
Jeep Avenger is not coming to the USA as the Jeep CEO, Christian Meunier thinks there is no real market potential in North America for SUVs as small as the Avenger.
