According to Polestar’s website, the L.A concept edition of the electric roadster Polestar 6 is completely reserved for the initial 500 exclusive units. The reservation for the built slot of Polestar 6 LA Concept edition had started on August 16 and in a matter of just a week all the built slots had been reserved for the launch edition. Such an overwhelming response for the reservation of a car that is scheduled to launch after four years from now indicates a hot premier in 2026. And it’s worth mentioning, the electric performance sports car comes with an indicative MSRP of $200,000.
The first 500 numbered units of the Polestar 6 called the L.A concept edition comes with some exclusive features such as unique Sky blue exterior colour, custom-designed 21” alloy wheels, special bodyside graphics and many other key elements of the Polestar O₂ concept car first shown in March 2022. The electric roadster was first showcased to the public at The Quail, A Motorsports Gathering and Pebble Beach Concours events in California, America.

During the press release, Polestar CEO Thomas Ingenlath in his statement said:
“The high interest from our customers shows that a stunning electric roadster like Polestar 6 has high relevance in the sportscar arena. The open-top-plus-electric combination is clearly one that appeals to even the most die-hard petrolheads.”
After the first batch of 500 L.A concept edition Polestar 6, the production of regular versions of the Polestar 6 roadster will begin and its build slot can be booked later in 2022. However if you still want that limited edition Polestar 6 L.A concept edition, you may join others in the build slot waiting list by paying $25,000 down.
